Jamming this summer!
Had so much fun last year jamming! It was my first year and everyone loved them!
I had never jarred anything. I was so nervous reading through these booking using words I didn’t understand. I had been resolved to making small batches and making sure to use them right away. Very difficult and annoying. At the peak of frustration I pulled out the canning book and with the help of that and some You Tube videos I tried the process. It was so much easier ad one by one I heard the ping from the jars sealing and smiled in delight.
